Skid plate for BMW F800 GS 2008-2012

The task:
 
Off-road driving is challenging and relaxing at the same time. Man and machine in direct contact with nature. But how often does it happen that you meet on the floor with parts that are not supposed to be for? How quickly we have underestimated a wave and suddenly sitting on one? Often run from such incidents without any consequences, but if an injury occurs, it can quickly lead to expensive repairs, even if only the exhaust system has been made.

It looks a lot worse when the engine would collect something. Sure, the machines are actually designed for such a thing and there is also a motor protection for retrofitting, but many of these developments are not meant to end, show weaknesses regarding shape, rigidity, mounting ...

Our solution is a construction of four millimeters special coated Alluminium that was folded and welded accordingly. Through this processing, it receives an extraordinary strength and allows up to a certain extent from the side impacts decrease.
